Hi, I’m Ben.
I’m a mental health professional working as a volunteer therapist and a consultant for national and international companies. The exploration of the human psyche through mindfulness practice and a decade of working in music and theater inspired me to complete my master’s degree in mental health from the faculty of medicine.
I’ve created The Daily Rituals to serve more people who could benefit from the ideas of mindfulness, simplicity, self-improvement, and a minimal way of life.
My experiences as a mental health professional have shown that creating a safe, mindful, and accepting space is a great way to help people cultivate self-awareness, become more responsible, and connect with themselves and others more positively and harmoniously.
